Obtain explicit consent from End Users before sending messages.
Provide a clear opt-out mechanism in every message.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Sending unsolicited or spam messages.
Transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Impersonating any person or entity.
- Message Content
Clients are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Services. You agree not to send messages that:
Contain false or misleading information.
Infringe on intellectual property rights.
Promote illegal activities.
- Data Privacy
rcsplatform.com is committed to protecting your privacy. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. Clients must:
Comply with data protection laws including Kenya’s Data Protection Act (2019), Tanzania’s Cybercrimes Act, Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act (2019), Rwanda’s Law No. 058/2021, and Ethiopia’s Proclamation on Personal Data Protection (2021).
Obtain necessary consents for data collection and processing.
Implement appropriate security measures to protect End User data.
- Service Availability
rcsplatform.com strives to ensure the Services are available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
- Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services as outlined in their service agreement. rcsplatform.com reserves the right to change its pricing with prior notice.
- Termination
rcsplatform.com may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
- Limitation of Liability
rcsplatform.com is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data or profits.
Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past six months.

Illegal or controlled substances.
Gambling or betting promotions without licenses.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.
- Regulatory Compliance and Carrier Restrictions
You agree to comply with:
All applicable telecom and data laws in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.
Country-specific Do Not Disturb (DND) registries.
Carrier regulations including message identification and opt-out requirements.
rcsplatform.com may block or filter non-compliant messages.
- Monitoring and Enforcement
rcsplatform.com reserves the right to:
Monitor content and traffic for abuse or violations.
Use automated/manual systems to detect misuse.
Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
